Biscotti arancia e cannella

Amo questi biscotti.

Lasciare raffreddare.

Orange and cinnamon biscuits

 INGREDIENTS:

250 gr white flour
130 gr butter
100 gr brown sugar
half a bag of yeast
1 egg
two oranges
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
two tablespoons of orange juice

powdered sugar, cinnamon and orange juice for the glaze

Sift flour with the baking powder, add sugar, zest of two oranges and cinnamon and mix together.
Add the melted butter and the egg; then add  two tablespoons of orange juice (avoid if the dough is too soft).
Work again, until the dough is soft and smooth, let it stand in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Roll out the dough to the thickness of half a centimeter. Cut with cookie cutters, to be placed directly on the parchment paper.

Bake in a static oven, preheated to 180°C for 10 minutes. Allow to cool.
For the decoration: cinnamon frost. Mix the icing sugar (100 grams) with a teaspoon of cinnamon and orange juice (2-3 teaspoon) until the mixture is very thick but smooth. Depositing a thin layer of glaze on the cookies and allow to cool.
